Branches should check their totals to this sheet every month. If there are discrepancies between the two totals, please contact Central Office a.s.a.p.
Please send in your sold memberships on a regular basis. It is very important that the current memberships are recorded as soon as possible to ensure that the member receives all the benefits they are entitled to. Remember, they do not have insurance coverage until they are recorded in Central Office.
